strawberryshortcake: did my first prenatal therapy session at Natureland MBS lately, it’s a wonderful experience. the therapist has provided great service. it’s ashamed that there’s no washroom facilities at the premises. However, when asked about the reasons for not installing washroom and the price difference of the service between other outlets and MBS outlet, Felix has provided great explanation and remained professional attitude; apologetic throughout the entire interaction. i do now understand the situation due to mall’s restrictions. I would like to thank Felix for his patience and excellent service. This man can surely go far if given an opportunity to perform at a leadership position. he’s certainly an asset to the company. I would be happy if you could forward my compliments to Felix.

Pam Ram: This is my 2nd or 3rd time here – always excellent service ( 60 minutes massage + 30 mins body scrub). Today, I had Aunty Kathy who did my massage & body scrub and she was really good with her massage techniques and explained to me the problem areas well and why she is focusing there 🙂 Highly recommended !!

Lynn Tang: I was initially hesitant about coming here because of the recent 1 star reviews, but I’m happy to report that my experience was really pleasant. I paid $83 for a 1 hour massage, which is fair value considering the location and facilities. The room was lovely and I like that they used fragrant essential oil for massage, as opposed to a generic scentless oil. Also, having a heated massage bed is always good in my books. If the price remains unchanged, iwould come back again.

Rashmi Ramesh: Got a full body massage for 90 minutes, along with my husband. Overall the massage was good – I was only a little skeptical if the sheets on the bed were changed. Otherwise they did a damn good job of working out all the stress and knots in my back – the masseur spent a good 30 minutes just on my back and it was great! I’d pay again just to go back for that!

Only kinda odd that I had to go to another section upstairs, walking out and via the public access paths within for my massage but no biggie.

Full body massage with private rooms, and comfortable surroundings. Vivian was friendly and assuring, with really good hands. Will definitely come back again!

hearticular: Walked in on a whim and was prepared to wait, but they were kind enough to squeeze me in for a quick thirty-minute session. Head, shoulders, and back massage was professional and helped ease my cramped neck muscles a lot. Quiet and relaxing environment.

The quick, convenient 50 minute pamper really did wonders for me today! With the package deals it’s really great value and the are plenty of other outlets to use the credits too.
